Common Carrier (LTL) Freight charges displayed on Stair-Parts.com are valid for the lower 48 states only. You must be present to accept, inspect and sign for FedEx Freight deliveries. FedEx ground shipments no not require a signature, and will be left in a safe place if available.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change at any time. All prices shown online or given by quotation, email, or verbally, may be declined at any time. You will always have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed. It cannot be canceled. Please plan your stair project very carefully.
Product Finishes
All wood products are sanded and ready for finishing, but unfinished. Iron products are finished with a superior baked on powder coat finish in either satin black, rubbed bronze, or rubbed copper.
Building Codes
Please consult with your local building inspector to determine the proper parts you will require to meet local building codes for your staircase.

We won’t be responsible or liable for any of our parts or accessories not installed in accordance with these local, state or national building codes. All material is intended for interior use. Exterior grade wood stair parts are available in some wood species by quotation. |
