Wood stair parts are not returnable. There may be exceptions for some red oak and poplar products.
Iron products are returnable with a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
All returns require a return authorization number prior to shipment.
Please contact us to obtain a RAN number if you wish to return any iron balusters or iron shoes.
